South Ossetians and Abkhazians celebrate after Russian Federation acknowledged the independence of their states. Thats was another bite from Putin. Nobody wonders that Medvedev is Putin’s puppet.

Just thought will place some pictures on my blog to show the way of South Ossetions and Abkhazians gun celebration.

The war just started…

Media announces that the war started between South Ossetia and Georgia but it is actually between Russia and Georgia. Never ending provocations pissed off the Georgian government and they decided to make an order on their own territory.

As we know ex president Putin misses the times of the Great Soviet Union and tries very hard to bring them back. Russians want to show their power, they want to strengthen their influence to the region and at the same time to show the power equal to USA army forces but unfortunately they make same mistakes as they did in Afghanistan, Chechnya.

Why Russian government did not forestall the present disaster? I think it didn’t want to.  I think they wanted to use the old good tactics called ’split and rule’ but scenario has changed and Georgians showed that they are tough enough say no Russian expectations.

South Ossetia is a part of Georgia but has an autonomy. So, this is a domestic problem and not International. Russian president declared that Russian citizens will be protected and they are going to do something. What about United Nations? They do nothing as always – useless organization…

All-right, for example, what if Scotland would declare independency and withdraw the United Kingdom? Let’s say, UK’s government will try to sort out the things and at the same time there were some Russian citizens? Would Russians bomb London? I don’t think so.

Russians still miss the Sowiet Union times and think about the Georgia as an ex territory. They still believe they can fully control and rule the situation but they are wrong. Georgians live in Caucasus mountains. This is the very East of geographical Europe but people are different here – hot blooded and bull-headed. Chechnya is located in Caucasus too. Just imagine a second Checnya in Georgia.
